POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager

POSITION DUTIES Case Manager RN: Utilization Review, Discharge Planning, Patient Care Coordination. Will work with Kaiser leaders on-site at Emory St. Joseph and Emory Decatur supporting case files

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS GA Or Compact License

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous Kaiser experience preferred not req

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM every other weekend/holidays

SYSTEMS MCG/EPIC experience

START DATE 02/23/26
